Meet Josh. From closings to cocktails, Josh Garfinkel, a real estate lawyer from New York, has always had a passion for the alcohol industry. As a whiskey enthusiast, he noticed that while RTD (ready-to-drink) beverages were booming, whiskey remained underrepresented. Determined to change that, Josh set out to create a whiskey-based RTD that shattered old stereotypes. His goal? To make whiskey fun, approachable, and versatile — proving that it’s not just for purists but for anyone looking for a great drink without the fuss. And so, Doggy Paddle was born: a bold, refreshing take on whiskey cocktails, made for the next generation of drinkers.
